Conversation text對話文字
The recent part of a conversation is sent to the server and then to DeepSeek to generate a reply. The Alphafy application does not create a learner profile or save a chat transcript to its own database.對話最近的部分會送到伺服器，再交給 DeepSeek 產生回覆。Alphafy 不會為學習者建立個人檔案，也不會把對話紀錄存入自己的資料庫。
Essential session and fair-use data必要的連線與使用量資料
The site sets one essential, browser-session cookie for request security. To prevent automated abuse, the server also uses a one-way hash derived from the network address, together with request timestamps. Alphafy does not require an account.Alphafy 不用註冊帳戶。
Nickname, avatar, points, game answers, round history, and generated word maps are stored locally on the user’s device.暱稱、頭像、分數、遊戲答案、回合紀錄與產生的詞彙圖，只會儲存在你的裝置上。
When the app first launches, and before the user can enter any feature or send any request to Alphafy or DeepSeek, the user must read and agree to the full disclosure.首次啟動 App 時，在你閱讀並同意完整披露之前，不能進入任何功能，也不會向 Alphafy 或 DeepSeek 發出任何請求。
After the user taps Send, the app transmits:在你按下「傳送」之後，App 會傳送：

Third-party AI processing第三方 AI 處理
The data is first transmitted over an encrypted connection to Alphafy’s service at apple.alphafy.ai.資料會先經加密連線，傳送到 Alphafy 在 apple.alphafy.ai 的服務。
Alphafy then shares the conversation text and learning context with DeepSeek, operated by Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., a third-party AI provider.Alphafy 其後會把對話文字與學習情境，提供予第三方 AI 供應商 DeepSeek（由 Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. 營運）。

DeepSeek receives only the chat messages and the learning settings, and only to generate the requested reply. Alphafy does not use chat content for advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not use the data for cross-app tracking.Alphafy 不會將對話內容用於廣告、不會出售個人資料，也不會將資料用於跨 App 追蹤。
Storage and retention儲存與保留
Alphafy does not store conversation messages, AI replies, or complete chat transcripts in its own database, application logs, access logs, backups, or saved learning records.Alphafy 不會把對話訊息、AI 回覆或完整對話紀錄，儲存在自己的資料庫、應用程式日誌、存取日誌、備份或學習紀錄之中。
Conversation content is processed temporarily in memory only for the time required to obtain and return the requested reply.對話內容只在記憶體中短暫處理，時間僅足以取得並回傳所需回覆。
Alphafy may retain limited technical and security records that do not contain conversation text, such as request identifiers, timestamps, status codes, errors, app version, model name, and usage counts.Alphafy 或會保留不含對話文字的有限技術與保安紀錄，例如請求識別碼、時間戳、狀態碼、錯誤、App 版本、模型名稱與使用次數。

Permission and user choices授權與你的選擇
The user must select “I Agree & Enter Alphafy” to enter the app.你必須選擇「I Agree & Enter Alphafy」，才能進入 App。
Selecting “I Do Not Agree” leaves the app on the consent page. No features are opened, and no request is sent to Alphafy or DeepSeek.選擇「I Do Not Agree」後，App 會繼續停留在同意頁面，不開放任何功能，也不會向 Alphafy 或 DeepSeek 發出請求。
The user can review the full disclosure at any time under: Settings > AI data sharing > View data-sharing details你隨時可以在以下位置重看完整披露說明：設定 > AI 資料分享 > 查看資料分享詳情
Permission can be withdrawn at any time under Settings > AI data sharing. After permission is withdrawn, the app immediately returns to the first-launch consent page and stops new data transmission and app use until the user agrees again.你隨時可以在「設定 > AI 資料分享」撤回同意。撤回後，App 會立即返回首次啟動的同意頁面，並在你重新同意之前，停止新的資料傳輸及 App 使用。
Deletion requests刪除要求
Withdrawing permission prevents future chat data from being transmitted, but it does not automatically delete technical records that were lawfully retained before withdrawal.撤回授權可阻止日後再傳送對話資料，但不會自動刪除撤回前合法保留的技術紀錄。
Users may request deletion of identifiable service records by contacting hello@alphafy.ai.你可以聯絡 hello@alphafy.ai，要求刪除可識別的服務紀錄。
Because Alphafy does not require an account, the user may need to provide a request identifier or other limited information so that Alphafy can locate the relevant record.由於 Alphafy 不用註冊帳戶，你可能需要提供請求識別碼或其他有限資料，Alphafy 才能找到相關紀錄。
Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Photos麥克風、語音辨識與相片
Microphone and Speech Recognition access is requested only when the user chooses voice input.只有在你選擇語音輸入時，才會要求使用麥克風與語音辨識。

Alphafy is intended as a practice tool for primary learners, ideally with awareness from a parent, carer or school. It is not a confidential counselling service, emergency service or replacement for a teacher.
