What Alphafy isAlphafy 是什麼
Alphafy is a free English practice tool for Hong Kong primary learners. It can model language, ask one focused question at a time and provide encouraging practice. It is not a human teacher, counsellor, medical professional or emergency service.Alphafy 是給香港小學生免費練習英文的工具。它會示範說法、每次只問一個問題，並給出鼓勵。它不是真人教師、輔導員、醫護人員，也不是緊急服務。
Conversation boundaries對話界線
Every Alphafy Guide receives child-aware instructions before a conversation. The guide is told to:每次對話前，每個 Alphafy 嚮導都會收到顧及兒童的指示。它會被告知：
- keep replies suitable for children aged approximately 6–12;回覆要適合約 6 至 12 歲兒童；
- avoid asking for names, schools, addresses, contact details, precise locations, passwords or photos;不問姓名、學校、地址、聯絡方式、精確位置、密碼或相片；
- redirect sexual, hateful, graphic, dangerous, political and other adult topics;把涉及性、仇恨、血腥、危險、政治及其他成人話題帶開；
- never encourage secrecy from a parent, carer or teacher;絕不鼓勵隱瞞家長、照顧者或教師；
- model improved English gently instead of shaming or grading the learner; and用溫和的方式示範更好的英文，不責備、不評分；以及
- tell a learner who may be in immediate danger to contact a trusted adult or local emergency service.提醒可能即時遇到危險的學習者，去找可信賴的成年人或本地緊急服務。
Privacy by default私隱，預設保護
No account is needed. The interface reminds learners not to share personal information, and the server detects and removes common contact details before they can be included in an AI request. Automated checks are useful but not perfect, so adult guidance remains important.不用帳戶。介面會提醒學習者不要分享個人資料，伺服器也會偵測並移除常見的聯絡資料，不讓它們進入 AI 請求。自動檢查有用，但不完美，成人的指導仍然重要。
Fair access and abuse prevention公平使用與防止濫用
Alphafy is free, but not unlimited. A private session token, same-origin checks, a hidden bot field, strict message-size limits, a session turn limit and rolling network rate limits protect the service from scripts and unusually heavy use. These controls help preserve the project’s budget for genuine learners.Alphafy 免費，但不是無限。私人工作階段權杖、同源檢查、隱藏的機械人欄位、嚴格的訊息長度上限、工作階段回合上限，以及滾動的網絡頻率限制，擋住腳本和異常大量使用。這些控制，把本計劃的預算留給真正的學習者。
AI limitationsAI 的限制
AI can misunderstand context or produce an inaccurate or unsuitable reply despite safeguards. Learners should check important information with a teacher or trusted adult. Parents, carers and schools should decide the level of supervision appropriate for the learner.即使有保護措施，AI 仍可能誤解語境，給出不準確或不合適的回覆。重要資訊，請向教師或可信賴的成年人查證。監督多少，由家長、照顧者和學校決定。
If something feels wrong如果感到不妥
Stop the conversation and tell a trusted adult. For an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services. To report an Alphafy response, email hello@alphafy.ai with the time, selected guide and a description — but do not include a child’s personal details.停止對話，並告訴可信賴的成年人。如有即時受傷害的風險，請聯絡本地緊急服務。要舉報 Alphafy 的回覆，請電郵 hello@alphafy.ai，註明時間、所選嚮導和情況 — 但不要包含兒童的個人資料。
